Terms of Service

GlobalDesk Africa is a facilitation service. We coordinate and manage the paperwork, filings and communication needed to register your company and, where applicable, obtain visas, banking access, tax registration and relocation support in China, the United Kingdom, the United States, and other markets as they launch. We are not a law firm, and using our services does not create an attorney-client relationship.

• Package prices are as displayed on our Pricing page at the time you start your application.
• Where a package is split into instalments (currently only for our China package), the schedule shown on the Pricing page applies.
• Government fees, third-party processing fees and similar third-party costs are separate from our service fee unless explicitly stated as included.
• Prices may change for new applications; the price you agreed to at the time of payment is honoured for your case.

You agree to provide accurate, complete and truthful information and documents. Delays, rejections or additional costs caused by inaccurate information, forged documents, or missed deadlines on your part are your responsibility.

We manage the process diligently, but final decisions on incorporation, visas, work permits, residence permits and bank account approvals rest with the relevant government agencies and financial institutions. We cannot guarantee approval, and processing times quoted on our site are estimates based on typical cases, not commitments.

Because a portion of every fee funds work already performed (filings, translations, third-party submissions), refunds are assessed case by case based on the stage reached at the time of cancellation. Any portion of a government or third-party fee already paid out on your behalf is non-refundable.

To the extent permitted by law, GlobalDesk Africa's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the service fee you paid for the specific package in question.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time you start a new application applies to that application.
